Randall hit the pavement cursing, still fighting, until the second officer got his arm and the sergeant locked the cuffs on him herself.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"11555\" data-end=\"11732\">The parking lot erupted\u2014people shouting, crying, cheering, swearing.
