On paper, it was simple: penetrate the Mesa Riders<\/strong>, an Arizona-based outlaw motorcycle club with deep ties to weapons trafficking, meth distribution, and contract violence. In reality, it was a controlled plunge into a world where hesitation got people killed.<\/p>\n

The plan was radical. Instead of inserting a single undercover agent, the bureau would create an entire fake biker crew<\/strong>\u2014the Dust Devils Nomads<\/strong>\u2014made up exclusively of undercover operatives.
